Disaster Relief, LLC is a company that was formed to help people throughout the United States who are victims of Federally declared disasters, be they hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, fires or earthquakes. We do this by providing the property valuations required by the IRS to document and support claims for tax deductions on those portions of losses that are uninsured and/or unreimbursed.

The Company maintains offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Mesa, Arizona.

Mark L. Stockton, Managing Member

Mark is the founder of automated valuation technology, and has 40 years of experience in the design and development of valuation analytics.  He is credited with having had a hand in the development of numerous advancements in automated valuation technology since 1981.

Mark’s business experience spans the industries of banking, real estate brokerage, property casualty insurance, and system design & development.  He designed the nation’s first comprehensive system for community banks, the first commercially marketed Automated Valuation Model (AVM), one of the country’s first Computed Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) systems, and many enhancements to these various technologies.

Bryan Caffery, CEO AMHAR Disaster Relief

Bryan is the founder of both Arivs Appraisal Management, and its affiliate, AMHAR. In 2022, Bryan and AMHAR joined Disaster Relief in the effort to provide casualty loss services to the victims of federally declared disasters.

 

Dr. Robert F. Hausman, CTO

Rob received his BS in Physics at the University of Santa Clara in 1966, and his MS, Ph.D. in Applied Science at the University of California at Davis in1975.  Having worked at such prestigious institutions as Lawrence Livermore Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory, and as an officer and director of several independent software design and data management companies, he is uniquely qualified to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the technology he and Mark Stockton have been developing for more than a decade.

Rob’s personal strengths include Project/Program Planning and Management, Software Systems Design and Implementation, Computer Security System Design and Assessment, Applied Numerical Analysis and Modeling.
